Secure checkout accepts credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. We collect your full name, email address and delivery address to ship your pack.

Check the redemption panel before you buy

Never buy a Collector's Edition whose outer seal is broken or whose redemption panel has already been scratched or exposed — the code may already have been used. Report any such pack to us instead of redeeming it.

Already have a code? Redeem it here.

About the redemption card

The code sits under a concealed scratch panel on a card sealed inside the pack. It is single-use and works only once. Because it travels physically with your pack, we do not generate, display or email codes at any point — they never appear on this website, in your order details or in any email we send. Keep the card safe: it is the only copy of your code.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Steam or GOG account?

No. The Collector's Edition includes a DRM-free build for Windows and macOS. Redeem the concealed code on our redemption page and download directly.

Where is my game code?

It is printed on a concealed panel on the redemption card sealed inside the pack. We never email codes and codes are never stored in your order data.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your country and postcode using our configured delivery zones and rates. The full breakdown — product price, delivery, any taxes and the final total — is shown before you pay.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to every country in our configured delivery zones. If your country is not configured, checkout will not be able to complete for your address.

Can I redeem the code more than once?

No. Each redemption card is single-use and tied to one pack.

What if my pack arrives damaged?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and the redemption panel. See Returns & damaged packs below.
